Its great book for anyone with advanced java language skills and basics of NLP , to build NLP based applications. Authors have put in efforts to explain the steps involved in using and building the exercises (code attached with it) , in simple and intuitive way.

In fact, the preface of the book states that some of the recipes in this book come from Breck's private repository.
